The McKenzie Method is an exercise- and movement-based treatment system that promotes the body's potential to repair itself. With the McKenzie Method, Julie will take a history of your symptoms and how they behave. Julie will then have you perform a series of repeated motions and positions to understand the nature of the problem.
The goal of the repeated motions is to centralize the symptoms—making them migrate towards the center of the body—and eventually diminish them. Through this method, you will be empowered to self-treat, control your symptoms, and prevent future flare-ups.
