Joshua Richards was drawn to this field by a strong desire to help others find and live the healthy life they want.
He specializes in prehab, post-rehab, and lifestyle training. He has been working in the fitness, health, and wellness industry for over 10 years as a teacher, professor, instructor, trainer, coach, director, and consultant.
