Joshua Richards was drawn to this field by a strong desire to help others find and live the healthy life they want.

He specializes in prehab, post-rehab, and lifestyle training. He has been working in the fitness, health, and wellness industry for over 10 years as a teacher, professor, instructor, trainer, coach, director, and consultant. From multiple group exercise class formats to collegiate and semi-pro athletes, he has worked with a varied range of fitness levels and injuries. After working on creating a network of wellness professionals in Kansas, he was excited to take the opportunity to work with BoulderCentre for Orthopedics & Spine.
