Marc Monroe, CSCS, is a personal trainer who specializes in helping clients return to or exceed pre-injury fitness levels—to bridge the gap between conventional rehabilitation and the more advanced fitness goals that our clients deserve.

Specialty

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Marc has over 15 years experience training, both in a sports medicine/rehab setting and as an independent trainer. In that time, he has worked with a diverse clientele with a wide variety of physical abilities and impairments and has gained extensive knowledge of orthopedic injuries and their treatments. Marc has experience with weight training, bodyweight training, boot camp calisthenic workouts, TRX, HIIT, ski conditioning, and coaching running. Lastly, he is an artist with Kinesio Tex tape.

His approach to training is founded on the ideas that workouts should be functional, varied, and challenging. They should be educational, teaching the client to use his or her body correctly in both sport and everyday activities. They should build confidence as well as strength and that making a workout fun is as important as all else.
