The professional fees in our office are carefully examined and are customary for orthopedic surgeons in our area. We make every attempt to keep your overall medical expenses to a minimum.
We do not want any patient to suffer undue financial hardship because of their misfortune.
If you are having difficulty with your account, please do not hesitate to request a meeting with our billing department where a confidential discussion may help resolve your problem.
We will file a claim on your behalf for services performed provided we have a prior agreement with your insurance carrier. If you will be filing with a third party, you will be provided information for reimbursement from your insurance company. For surgical procedures, you will be asked to talk with our billing department prior to your surgical procedure to make arrangements for any out of pocket expenses expected to be paid by you.
For work-related injuries, we will need written authorization from your insurance carrier.
