Elizabeth is a native of Arvada, Colorado. Born and raised against the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains, Elizabeth developed a passion for an active and healthy lifestyle from an early age. Fueling her enthusiasm for the human body and the benefits of physical activity, Elizabeth pursued and successfully obtained a degree in exercise science from Metro State College of Denver. Her commitment to enhancing the well-being of others led her to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

With a diverse skill set, Elizabeth is also a Peak Pilates MAT and Reformer Instructor, specializing in tailoring workouts to individual needs. Her expertise extends to being an Active Older Adult Specialist, demonstrating her commitment to making fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of age. In the last five years, Elizabeth has honed her focus on the RIGO-BSPTS Scoliosis coursework and the World of Hurt Pain Neuroscience program. This specialized training underscores her dedication to staying at the forefront of industry knowledge, ensuring that her clients receive the most effective and up-to-date guidance on their wellness journeys.
