“Dr. Chen was the second surgeon I saw about the torn labrum in my hip (first was from a different practice), and I was so relieved and happy to get a full discussion from him about my range of options to treat this. He took the time to really understand what my goals are, and what would work best for me, and talked through what I should try. I'm starting with physical therapy, which is working wonderfully, as I'd like to (and Dr. Chen supported this) put off surgery to fix the tear and cartilage damage as long as possible, and continue my favorite activities.
